International Tennis Hall of Famer Chris Evert is an 18-time Grand Slam singles champion and former WTA world No. 1 whose enduring legacy extends beyond the court through her commitment to youth education, and community impact. She has been the USTA Foundation Chairperson since 2019.

USTA Foundation Board President
Kathleen Wu is a respected attorney with more than 30 years of litigation experience, and a longtime USTA leader whose service has spanned both the national and section levels. She began her tenure as president in 2021, and is committed to advancing the USTA Foundation's mission of transforming lives through tennis, education, and mentorship.

Molly John, Vice President
Molly John boasts more than 25 years of experience working with large multinational companies, and is currently the EY Americas Telecommunications co-leader. John is a CPA in New Jersey and New York and earned a B.B.A. from Baruch College. She has a passion for giving back, for fostering inclusion, and for creating positive change.

Ivan Zinn, Treasurer
Ivan Zinn is senior managing director and head of alternative credit at Blue Owl, bringing extensive experience in private credit, investment management, and finance. A former All-American tennis player, he graduated magna cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with degrees in physics and economics.
Laura Canfield
Laura F. Canfield is a decorated leader in tennis, with decades of service at the USTA national and section levels. Her career spans executive leadership–including serving 12 years as executive director of the USTA Middle States–volunteer governance, and community programs, reflecting more than 40 years of service in growing and supporting the game.

Tom Chen is a managing director and vice chairman at Morgan Stanley whose leadership in finance and philanthropy has helped strengthen the USTA Foundation's impact on youth nationwide as its Immediate Past President.

A business leader with extensive experience in marketing and executive leadership, Jamie Majeski has built a career in new business development and marketing strategy. He has been the vice chairman of Cydcor for nearly 30 years, the market leader in outsourced sales in North America.

Roberto Marques is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in consumer goods and healthcare, including 27 years at Johnson & Johnson.

Rebecca McCabe is a senior executive at Aon, where she partners with organizations to navigate complex risk, health, and business challenges while driving strategic growth, and brings data, insights, and deep sector expertise to support confident decision-making.
Bill McGugin
William (Bill) McGugin is a longtime private equity executive with extensive leadership across business, nonprofit, and tennis organizations. A former collegiate player at Vanderbilt University, he has served the USTA at the district, national and section levels, and remains an active competitor today.

Raj Vaswani is Chief Legal Officer of PDI, Inc. and brings extensive executive, legal, and nonprofit governance experience to the Board, and has had a lifelong passion for tennis–which he still plays today.
