The world will literally be coming to Chicago to compete in the second annual Laver Cup on September 21-23, 2018 when Team Europe faces off against Team World. The Laver Cup was named in honor of Grand Slam legend Rod Laver and made a wildly successful inaugural debut in Prague, CZ in 2017.
The USTA Foundation has been named the official charity of Laver Cup 2018 and is offering exclusive opportunities and experiences during the three-day event including tickets, hospitality, exclusive access to player appearances and more.
In the inaugural Laver Cup, Team Europe was led by Swedish Captian Bjorn Borg and featured Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal competing in singles and then playing a historic doubles match together. The "home" Team Europe edged Team World led by Captain John McEnroe and a determined squad which included Australian Nick Kyrgios, Canadian Dennis Shapavolov, and Americans Francis Tiafoe, John Isner, Sam Querrey, and Jack Sock.
