2018 Pro-Am at the US Open - September 7, 2018

The USTA Foundation (USTAF) had its annual Pro-Am at the US Open on September 7th. Funds raised continue the Foundation's mission to fund tennis, education and health programming for hundreds of community based, grassroots programs across the country benefiting thousands of youth.

Twenty Pro-Am participants, many of whom return to compete year after year, enjoyed an experience of a lifetime by trading backhands and return serves with some of the greatest champions of all time including: Jimmy Arias, Tracy Austin, James Blake, Eric Butorac, Lindsay Davenport, Amer Delic, Mary Joe Fernandez, Brad Gilbert, Justin Gimelstob, Martina Hingis, Liezel Huber, Luke Jensen, Mark Knowles, Robby Koenig, Martina Navratilova, Mark Philippoussis, Richey Reneberg, Greg Rusedski, Jeff Tarango, Arantxa Sánchez Vicario and Mark Woodforde.  Rob Pohly took home the winner’s trophy for a third year in a row.

Following a morning of spirited competition, participants enjoyed lunch in a luxury suite, behind-the-scenes tours of Ashe Stadium, meet and greets with several pros and an afternoon watching amazing tennis including the men’s semifinals.
