USTA Serves held its 10th Anniversary Opening Night Gala with special guest, Alec Baldwin and 180 other notables on hand, including New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Vogue’s editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, and USTA President Lucy Garvin in the President’s Suite in Arthur Ashe Stadium. Fine dining, a stadium court opening- night celebration and exciting tennis matches made for a memorable evening benefitting USTA Serves.
 
The Gala is the cornerstone of USTA Serves’ fundraising efforts. Contributions raised through this event enable the Foundation to award college scholarships and program grants to grass roots, community-based tennis and education programs that focus on underserved, at-risk youth and people with disabilities all across the U.S.
