I am running because participating in this event has been a lifelong dream of mine. I have run six half marathons, but to complete the full marathon distance has always been on my bucket list. Nothing would make me happier than to raise money for tennis and specifically for the USTA Foundation. As a high school and college tennis player, I have a true passion for this sport and I want to help get racquets into the hands of kids who might not otherwise have an opportunity to play.

As a USTA staff member, I am so excited to be part of our Foundation’s team and to spread awareness about such an admirable organization that enhances the lives of under-resourced youth, individuals with disabilities and our military heroes through the integration of tennis and education.
