Our Impact Societies are a dedicated group of leaders whose sustained support profoundly impacts the important work of the USTA Foundation and our mission. Contributions from our Impact Society donors have a critical impact on our National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) chapters and the communities they serve. These unrestricted donations help the USTA Foundation to provide grants to fund any of the priorities listed below.

Dream Server

Serving up dreams using the powerful combination of tennis and education

$1,500 – Grants to Support

  • Internet access for up to 30 NJTL students and families for one month 
  • Up to two laptops for one NJTL chapter 
  • School supplies for up to eight students in one NJTL chapter 
  • Sending one NJTL student to a tennis championship

$5,000 – Grants to Support 

  • Supply of tennis balls for one NJTL chapter 
  • Professional development opportunities for five NJTL teaching professionals 
  • Academic tutors at one NJTL chapter 
  • Character Building education and training for two NJTL chapters

$10,000 – Grants to Support

  • Ten NJTL students to receive specialized instruction/training 
  • “Onboarding packages” for students and families after six months of active participation at one NJTL chapter 
  • Nutritious meals and snacks for one NJTL chapter

Champion Maker

Championing the next generation of leaders on the court, in the classroom, and in life

$25,000 – Grants to Support

  • Updated tennis equipment (racquets, shoes, clothing, tennis bags, racquet stringing, etc.) for 25 NJTL students 
  • Tournament costs for five Excellence Team students 
  • Renovating one tennis court for one NJTL chapter

$50,000 – Grants to Support

  • College Career Readiness lessons and support for 50 NJTL students
  • Tournament costs for five NJTL chapters 
  • Classroom and facility fees for one NJTL chapter

Game Changer

Using the game of tennis to provide educational opportunities to change lives

$100,000 – Grants to Support

  • Tutors for STEM curriculum, life skills curriculum, trauma training, and mental health awareness training for one NJTL chapter 
  • Fees for “staff exchange” program within NJTL network for 20 NJTL chapters to build organizational capacity

$250,000 – Grants to Support

  • Annual USTA Foundation Impact Conference that brings together the NJTL Family for connection, professional development and capacity building
